Has anyone else heard about the DBSK lawsuit? D:

hmm, it's really foolish to file a case if you signed a contract LOL
so maybe there was an alter *LOL @ german alter* on their docs
from what i knoe tho is that only 20% of what they earn actually goes to them. And that's really gay.

it's less than that. & SM had total control of their contract, and extended it for like 13 years.
they were making pretty much nothing.
& supposedly, were going to be sent to North Korea for boot camp in 2013, and Jaejoong, Micky, & Junsu want to go now, because if they go in '13, they think they'll be too old to sing when they return in '15
