"Chance to Change" - Not a single? Empty "Chance to Change" - Not a single?

It was discussed a moment ago. People think that Chance to Change may end up as a B-side even if there was a song preview.

An example would be Tegomass` "Marui Chikara" ended up as a b-side on "Kiss ~Kaerimichi no love song~".

It`s been made a point that if it were really a single, a release date would`ve been made and that the Johnny`s site would indicate it as a single with a release date.

it offically not a single.
instead it'd be a DVD release on april 30th, (kami-chan blog)
